Had a delicious lunch followed by 2 hours in the spa pools and sauna. Loved it! After a tricky few weeks it was the perfect way to celebrate one daughter's birthday and the other's new job. We left relaxed 😌.

I had a Spa day with my daughter. I had back massage with Hema. The therapist was very skilled and my back muscles feel so much more relaxed now. The meal in Tir a Mor was excellent. I am looking forward to booking another Spa day in the New Year ☺️
