The staff were all welcoming, friendly and professional. The Spa is undergoing an upgrade and the new reception and treatment area were very impressive . We had a lovely massage, enjoyed the facilities and a lovely lunch served by great staff.

We had a lovely afternoon, great spa package. Lovely lunch included. Staff really attentive. Back massage was top notch! Only little thing amiss due to maintenance was no steam room (no big deal) and a rather cool pool but that was being rectified. The thermal spa was fab! Nice facility all round. I’ll be back!
