Stunning venue and spectacular views and food. Spa lovely, pools and deliverance of treatments on time and came out feeling relaxed thank you. We enjoyed the whole experience staff were excellent very helpful definitely book again A Hidden escape!

The spa provided a much needed break and relaxation. Our treatments were excellent. However the hotel was tired in places, with spa pools not working as expected and the bed mattress was out our feet were higher than our heads. Other than that a very enjoyable stay.

Best bits: Heated outdoor pool, sunloungers, bar area (made it feel like holiday abroad). Massage and facial, by Julie, was brilliant. Breakfast was super (although coffee machine broken). Evening meal was lovely, good choice of food. Room was a good soze, comfortable and reasonably clean. Worst bits. No check in for staying guests until midway through the spa experience, not ideal not being able to leave your bags in the room first. No air con in the indoor pool area; the heat was stiffling. View from room of overgrown grass area wasn't attractive; could be a really nice sensory garden. No air con in room even though it was a refurbished room.
