Absolutely beautiful hotel and spa. The 2 treatments were amazing and best massage I’ve ever had. Beauty therapist really knows her job. Staff so friendly and professional. Lunch and drinks great too. Would love to go every week!

While on holiday in Buxton we decided to have a spa day. Four of us went together and the staff were very accommodating moving times around. All of us had a very nice relaxing day.

We had a day package with lunch and 2 hour long treatments. We had our treatments at 10am and 4pm and we could choose which treatment was at which time on the day. You need to phone up to book your slots before you go. Treatments were lovely. Everybody was friendly and there was free tea and coffee and sofas by the gym. Pool was small but pleasant. Steam room very hot, sauna more bearable. Shame about the thunderstorms!

I was made to feel totally special and pampered all day. Hannah (spa manager) and Fleur (therapist) were amazing. The lunch was super and catered for my dietary needs. Even down to the cup of tea available at leisure club with it lovely pool the staff could not have done any more to make my treat me spa day more enjoyable. I felt exactly that- treated. I really needed it. Thank you.

Hotel renovation looking good massage was brilliant only issue was disability problem shower tray too high no handle to help get out and a cup of tea was not included with the lunch.
