The hotel and the spa are fantastic along with the food and the staff. The only thing worth mentioning is that on a weekend the times in which kids are able to use the pool is prime time so it wasn’t as relaxing as we had hoped for. But that’s nothing against the spa or hotel itself it’s just worth the mention as I hadn’t read that before booking.

My Mum and I visited for a spa morning as part of a birthday treat for mum. Staff were great, and venue was nice, we were shown the facilities, however weren't informed that the pool and Jacuzzi were open to children until 11.30, had I been made aware of this I wouldn't have booked that time or date, not very relaxing with children squealing and shouting. After 11.30 it was lovely, peaceful and relaxing until about 20 mins later a group of ladies arrived along with an instructor and a speaker for aqua aerobics so access to the pool was again limited. When I booked this gift there was no mention of this happening and no mention of it when staff gave us our walk though, what should have been a relaxing visit wasn't. The treatment was professionally carried out and was really good and the lunch I could not fault but the day was marred by the pool fiasco!!!
