Very friendly staff. Changing rooms clean and well equipped. Nice sized pool and large steam room. The pool was quieter in the morning. Great massage and delicious lunch. Would have liked a wider choice of teas and some biscuits. The furnishings in the coffee area could have been more comfortable because the Jacuzzi was noisy so not very relaxing sitting next to it.

Our day was perfect. All of the staff are polite and extremely helpful. I was called 2 days before with full details of what was provided and what we needed to bring. Lunch was gorgeous and certainly not a light lunch. Our massages were very relaxing, pool area and changing rooms are spotless. Cannot wait to return and hopefully stay overnight. A gorgeous place with wonderful staff. Thank you.

Stayed for an overnight spa break and it was just lovely. The spa has a decent sized pool, a steam room and a sauna. Children are only allowed in twice a day. Everywhere was clean and tidy although the towels could not be replenished in the ladies changing room as there was a male receptionist on duty. I had the facial included in the package and it was just lovely. No complaints about the hotel either, it is very traditional so if you like modern then it is not for you. I loved it, all the staff were so friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant and bar was superb. Will definitely return.
