Easy to book. Used Tesco tokens for most of cost. Venue contacted me to check if I had allergies or food preferences. On visit, completed form with detailed requirements from me for visit. Robe, towel slippers provided. Good back massage received. Used facilities, swim pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, relaxation room, also outdoor pool accessible via garden some steps or bar. Venue is on side of cliff, and old type building, so involved some steps/lift. Dined in bar area, reserved table and choice of menu, nice food. Stunning views over bay. Staff all friendly, all in all a lovely visit.

The Imperial Hotel is in a stunning cliff top position with glorious views of the sea and coastline. On the day we visited the sun shone warmly and we were able to use the outside heated swimming pool and sun loungers. There is also an indoor pool, steam room and hot tub. The hotel and spa staff were engaging and friendly. My friend and I both chose facials as our treatment and were very well satisfied with it. 2 course lunch with Prosecco was beautifully served while we sat at a table by the window overlooking the sea. The day couldn’t have been more perfect. Highly recommend for quality of service, stunning setting and very nice food.

My 50th birthday treat! What fantastic value from beginning to end. We picked a gorgeous day - the sun was shining and it was warm. We began our day with a two course lunch on the terrace, with panoramic views over Tor Cove and the outdoor pool. A complimentary glass of bubbles set the mood perfectly. The staff were very friendly and the food was lovely. We could have been in Italy! After lunch, we entered the spa and changed into robes and slippers (provided) and explored the facilities. Steam room, indoor pool, relaxation room (cold water and herbal tea available), sauna and outdoor pool. We spent more time at the outdoor pool as the weather was so good. Very relaxing! We ended the day with two treatments - a back massage and a Decleor facial. The lovely smells and soft lighting created the perfect relaxing atmosphere. I actually dropped off to sleep a couple of times! I would highly recommend this venue and package - about £100 each for this amazing day!

Once we'd found our way in we had a lovely day. Spa facilities are standard and what you'd expect for a hotel spa, clean and very friendly and helpful staff. The treatments were very relaxing and good value for money. 2 course lunch - restaurant staff were friendly though not very attentive. The table behind us still had uncleared breakfast plates and food at 3pm and the service was a little slow. The food itself was very nice though both starter and dessert course were small portions. The entire bar area and sun room/ conservatory was mostly empty yet staff had chosen to squeeze all 3 groups/couples next to each other. Whilst the views were lovely, we were very much on top of each other and couldn't always hear ourselves. It seemed a bit unnecessary to group us all so close on a mid week afternoon. Overall a nice day, though I probably wouldn't return for a spa day.
