From the moment you walk in you feel relaxed. Staff professional. A few things to note: upgraded outdoor Jacuzzi jets not very powerful, however you have the strong jets in the pool. The spa is geared around the spa packages however there's opportunity to upsell and offer further food and drinks. Italian Bento Board scrumptious but I would have had a dessert and coffee. I arrived on time first but served the board a further 30 minutes later to the pre-booked time. Massage timing also changed on the day without prior warning. The massage itself was perfect.

My daughter and I enjoyed a truly wonderful afternoon spa session which included afternoon tea. We are both gluten and dairy intolerant which often excludes us from being able to have this type of food. We were super impressed and delighted to be given the 3 tier stand of varied sandwiches , cakes and puddings which were so delicious, we were amazed! The spa itself is very clean, has a relaxing ambience, was not overcrowded and the water jets in the pool were great. Our 55 minute inclusive hot stone massage was equally as impressive and all the staff went above and beyond to make our short stay absolutely fabulous. We will definitely be returning.

My husband and I went for a well needed spa after a hectic year. The hotel was easy to find and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The spa facilities are not huge but sufficient for a couple of hours. The heated whirlpool was really good. We enjoyed the steam room but alas the sauna wasn't hot enough and the outdoor hot tub felt more like a hot bath. The afternoon tea was delicious. Strangely our treatments were scheduled right after the meal. My husband had his first ever massage and it could not have been better, he said the therapist really tailor made the treatment to his mood and need. It was overall a very good experience.

Me and my wife went for a half day experience with a 55 minute treatment each and lunch included. We both had an excellent treatment, the experience of the spa facilities was very clean and relaxing, the outdoor hot tub being a highlight. Once we had finished using the spa we both sat down to a bento board for lunch. My wife had the oriental and I had the Mexican. Both of the meals were delicious but in particular the salmon dish that my wife had was really tasty. We would both come back and recommend it. Thank you for a lovely morning.
