Nice experience but I was not overly impressed. Spa facilities are quite limited and I thought the Jacuzzi area was quite cold so didn’t stay there for long. Steam room also not hot at all. I had a body scrub and there were lots of little flies in the shower which was off putting. Very nice to have tea and snacks in relaxation room. All in all just expected a bit more luxury and variation, staff were very lovely and welcoming.

Facilities were as described, staff were polite and informative especially the masseuse, however there were a few things that could be better as it is a luxury spa. The main pool, hot tub water temperature was way too cold, and some of the shower facilities were fiddly. Sauna and steam were good, however changing rooms are really small for the amount of people that use it. Shampoos and conditioner could be of better quality, and housekeeping was not done so often so things like wet towels were left on the seats. Also spa need to invest in a dryer for swimwear. A decent gift was given - a full sized exfoliator, along with a few samples, which was a nice touch. The restaurant staff were also friendly and helpful. Service was great however food was below average. Beautiful restaurant, great for taking pictures. Overall experience was good however not great for the price paid.

Lovely spa experience. Tailored very professional treatments. Lovely lunch in this hotel. We booked our treatments and spa visit early in the day which we would recommend. It got very busy as we were leaving but it was a lovely relaxing experience early on. We had the spa area to ourselves at one point.

I booked the Time Traveller package which exceeded my expectations as not been to this spa before. Spa area was satisfactory but the treatments were exceptional. I came away with silky smooth skin and totally chilled. Definitely going to book again.

My partner and I went for our joint birthday present - it was the perfect spa experience, from the customer service to the quiet calm and well thought out layout and timings of the day. We also had a lovely two course lunch in the hotel upstairs which was atmospheric and buzzing, so a brilliant contrast to the underground oasis of the spa.
