We had a one night spa break in January, staying over on a Friday night. It was very easy to book on the SpaSeekers website. The hotel is lovely, our room was fine and the spa area was very nice although the steam room was closed. Our treatments were fabulous - massage & facial. Dinner service was very slow but the food was nice and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately half of the pool was used for children’s swimming lessons on Saturday morning - not a relaxing start to the day. The other issue is that the hotel doesn’t serve lunch in the main building, you have to go outside to the golf clubhouse.

Christmas has just arrived at the manor. Fantastic decorations makes the place cosy & comfortable it wasn't very busy but the staff worked really hard to ensure that we were happy and had everything we needed. Totally recharged thank you.

The Spa and treatments were excellent, but the food in the club house was a let down as there wasn’t a great deal for vegetarians. I would recommend the Spa and treatments, but next time we’ll head into Norwich for food.

Great treatments - I really enjoyed my Elemis facial. The facilities were good - pool was lovely. Unfortunately the Hot Tub was closed and this was one of the disappointing as this was one of the reasons we chose this location. We were not made aware of this until arrival and were told that it would be fixed on the day however it was not looked at. Overall a great experience but room for improvement.
