Myself and my friend stayed overnight, we really enjoyed everything about our spa experience, spa area was lovely pool was a good size, hotel was nice, food was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed the day. Staff were helpful and the treatments were as relaxing as expected. The day was good value for money and with two treatments included and a filling lunch we had a splendid time. If we had one criticism it would be that we had to use the hotel bar for lunch. Ok in itself I suppose, but not so good when we dropped into a wedding party whilst wearing our robes! Maybe a lunch facility within the spa wing of the hotel?

I booked a spa day with a 25 minute treatment and afternoon tea for a friends birthday. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. We both chose a back massage which was amazing and the afternoon tea was fantastic. I would highly recommend both! The only slight disappointments were there were 2 aqua aerobics sessions in the pool while we were there, which restricted the swimming time and the small Jacuzzi pool was in a pretty poor state of repair. The rails are very rusty and the vents round the side needed a good clean. They were a bit green. None of this spoilt the day though, I would happily visit again.

Lovely setting, very clean. Friendly staff, however slight mix up with treatment times. Had a reservation for 6pm and the restaurant had no knowledge of it. Need to tighten up the communication there. But overall will visit again.
