My sister and I had a wonderful professional and thoroughly relaxing experience at Saks spa. We had a package which included a half hour of a back massage followed by a half hour facial. The Elemis products were great. Our therapist/masseuse, Sarah, was so skilled and pleasant. We will definitely be back.

I went on a beautiful day (booked in advance, so that was down to chance) but it was a real stroke of luck, as the outdoor pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for it! Saks is actually in the door way of David Lloyd, before you enter the club and is more of a hairdressers with some treatment rooms, but I was allowed to use the facilities before and after my massages, with no apparent time limit. The only thing I wasn't allowed to use was the spa retreat. However, I do note since I booked the Spa Boost Day from this site, the listed facilities inside David Lloyd have been removed, but "lunch" has appeared, which wasn't included/mentioned with my booking. However, if anyone reading this does get to use their facilities, I can confirm they were amazing. In addition to the outdoor pool, there were at least three Jacuzzi's, 2 saunas and one steam room and an indoor pool. I didn't go into the gym area but it looked very large and the class rooms, looked like night clubs!

I had a wonderful massage and facial. Everything was explained to me clearly and Sarah suggested a skin care regime for afterwards. The room was clean and very spacious and the ambience (lights and sound) were perfect. The products used smelled divine. It was perfect and I will be back, thank you.
