We had a lovely day at Ruskin Spa, it started with afternoon tea which was delicious. The spa treatments were amazing, all the people we encountered at Ruskin were professional and friendly. Laura was fantastic. Will be back.

The spa itself was lovely, it had a very calming and relaxing atmosphere and we were impressed from the start. The treatments we had were amazing, I had a wonderful facial and my daughter had a body scrub and back massage, which she also said was one of the nicest treatments she's ever had. The staff were really lovely, very helpful, and checked on us a couple of times during our stay in the spa. The facilities were fabulous, lovely pool, Jacuzzi, steam and sauna, and a really nice changing area. Once we had our treatments and had used the facilities we changed and headed back to reception for our 'afternoon tea'. Unfortunately chef couldn't understand what means vegetarian. Serving by daughter tuna sandwich. I would loved to have given you an overall 'excellent' rating but can't due to the really poor experience with our afternoon tea.

Gorgeous spa! Pool area was lovely and relaxing. Treatments were really good and I liked that they wrote down some recommendations to use. The afternoon tea could have been better, a bit basic and took a while to come out. But all in all we had a lovely day and definitely recommend a visit.

I was a little apprehensive as usually go to country hotels for a spa but was very pleasantly surprised. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The pool and other facilities were lovely and clean. The massage was one of the best I have ever had and afternoon tea was very nice. Will definitely return.
