Great value for money, we loved our rooms and the food was great! Everyone was very welcoming too. The spa was decent, would have loved a sauna but all in all, a 10/10 experience for us!

Staff were extremely polite and attentive, facilities were clean. Supper and breakfast were amazingly well prepared with vegetables al a dente. Spa facilities, laned off pool for those that wished to swim lengths, Jacuzzi & steam room. Spa treatments were excellent and extremely relaxing. I would visit again.

My daughter and I had a spa day at the Park Plaza in Cardiff, and it was incredibly relaxing, and both my massage & facial were probably the best ones I've had. I have to give a shout out to my therapist Janina. She was fantastic and got rid of some very stubborn knots in my back! My daughter said her massage was amazing too. The pool area was a tad busy for my liking but that was fine. Afterwards we enjoyed a 2 course lunch in the Laguna restaurant which was lovely. The staff were helpful and the hotel was spotlessly clean.
