Excellent venue, helpful, friendly staff and great spa day, followed by relaxing treatment. Especially enjoyed the swim, lovely big pool with plenty of spaces to relax. Would recommend the afternoon tea as a great way to finish the day.

Excellent really relaxing, beautiful was so friendly and helpful wonderful treatment. Lovely location however quite busy at it was a Friday next time I think I will go during the week.

Had a nice relaxing day. The hotel was nice and the staff friendly and attentive. Only minor gripe was noted by my wife that there was only one shower in the ladies, as other 2 were being worked on (with 3 men in the ladies changing room) Otherwise nice and relaxing.

It was my friends first time at a spa and having a treatment she and I loved it the staff where friendly and the changing rooms were clean. Only issue was we didn't get any robes or slippers when we entered and the overview said we did. Glad I brought my own towel just incase. The treatment we had was amazing I felt relax and it did my shoulders the world of good.
