Myself and my daughter had a lovely day. We had a relaxing massage, a delicious lunch and enjoyed the pool, spa bath, steam room and sauna. The atmosphere was warm, as was the pool and the spa bath was beautifully warm too. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable day that was over too soon.

We went to Belstead Brook for our anniversary. We had been once before, a couple of years ago and really enjoyed it so had no hesitation in going again. We spent the day at the spa, enjoying swimming in the pool, using the sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. We both had two massages each (back, neck and shoulder and an Indian head massage) and lunch. The massages were fantastic with the right amount of pressure applied. The lunch was excellent and the service friendly, relaxed and prompt. The facilities are great, if a little dated, but the value for money is excellent and we definitely plan to return again.

Beautiful hotel, clean comfy rooms. Would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room. Clean pool area and changing rooms. Perfect pool temperature. Great Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and outdoor area with sun loungers. Had the neck back & shoulder massage which was ok, have had better but still nice and relaxing. We chose food from a 3 course set menu, lots of different options and food was amazing! Waiters were very accommodating with our requests. Comfy bar area to relax in. Breakfast was buffet style and again all lovely. The only thing we could fault was the reception, found them a bit vague and not very forthcoming with information about our stay and the hotel. Also they take ages to answer the phone! But staff pleasant. Would recommend this hotel for both couples and groups of friends looking for a quiet relaxing break.

We had a lovely stay at Belstead Brook, we actually got married here 8 years ago which is why we decided to purchase this stay with a treatment and dinner. We had a out time slot changed 1 day prior to our visit, but that didn’t worry us as we got more time to use the pool and Jacuzzi area. The only thing I would say is the treatment is not 25mins. The meal was really lovely, staff were really good and couldn’t do enough for you throughout the visit. Breakfast was really good with a selection of cereals, pastries, cooked breakfast. Area kept tidy and staff available to keep food well stocked. The room was good, looks like the bathrooms have been revamped since last time, good comfortable beds and gorgeous pillows that you sink into. Overall our stay was fabulous, just a shame that you don’t actually get a the “full” treatment as stated.
