Very nice boy Will who looked after us I was very nervous and we helped us with everything we could need and make us feel comfortable the spa it's self was very nice not too keen on the food.

The venue is located in a very strategic location and very easy to commute. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The therapy sessions are very relaxing. Afternoon lunch is good as well but we were expected more of healthy food but it was more on the heavier side. We were so full after lunch. Steam room, sauna, igloo (not that cold), aroma room, experience shower and the pool are so good as well. If it has a Jacuzzi it would be brilliant. Gym facilities are very good too. But overall experience is very satisfying and relaxing. All who went from our party had a great time.

We had a great time, the treatment we both received was so relaxing. I had a body scrub and my husband had a facial with scalp and shoulder massage. The staff were so helpful and friendly.

Booking with SpaSeekers was easy , stress free and takes a lot of pressure off when you’re making large group bookings. For the money we can’t complain too much. Our room bin still had rubbish in it upon arrival , air-con didn’t work ( in the middle of a heat wave ) When we went to the spa pool it was full of teenage kids messing around who eventually got kicked out. The food was good and it was nice to have a buffet breakfast so you could just take what you wanted. Staff however were lovely and the beds were comfy and you do get very reasonable sized rooms.

It was a fantastic experience. I literally do feel revived. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, both in the hotel and the spa. Everything was included and was top notch. The food, hotel room, treatments and leisure facilities were faultless and we are making this a regular booking.
