Really enjoyed my afternoon at the spa. One thing to note is we had to ask for the second course of the 2 course light lunch as the hotel staff did not offer this. For the first course you get 4 options off of their brunch menu and the second course was a cream tea.

The day was fabulous from start to finish. The massage therapist Lucy was really good one of the best I’ve had. Stayed for lunch and that didn’t disappoint either, food staff and service excellent. Couldn’t fault a thing.

The staff really made our experience here. The spa facilities were good and the afternoon tea and evening meal were outstanding. Our accomodation was quiet, spacious but a little dated.

Treatment was amazing. Two of us had facials the other back massage. Great facilities but lift didn’t work down to pool area & the chair stair lift was very slow. Hence why we didn’t do bank down after our treatments. Also slippers are not slip proof around wet pool side. Would have been nice to get a hot drink down there too? Maybe a coffee machine would be nice.
