I was wary about booking through SpaSeekers as it wasn't directly through the hotel but I'm glad I did! I got a really good deal and got upgraded to a better room on arrival. Everything was simple and straightforward and the hotel got in touch with me over bookings made with the package. Both the hotel and SpaSeekers were great and I will be booking through them again.

Although the facilities are limited and were quite busy, the spa itself and the treatments were excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful. My ishga facial was lovely and very relaxing. Would recommend the spa to everyone.

We had a lovely stay with lovely food and staff was amazing and helpful. We booked onto treatments with our package which was a 55 minute treatment. We also added a foot massage that was supposed to last 10/15 minutes but only lasted around 5 minutes and was below average would not recommend booking on to this as it’s not work the extra money. However very pleased with everything else 😊

I would say the spa at this hotel is quite small and basic but clean and with a nice atmosphere. I was very happy with the deal booked through SpaSeekers though as the hotel room was lovely and the food in the restaurant was good. We were greeted on arrival with a glass of prosecco and all of the staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly.

We had a lovely morning, we only spent half the time but that’s all that was needed. The pool was lovely with relaxing music playing. The thermal suite offered different rooms. The whirlpool is the same temperature as the pool and part of the pool so no hot tub/Jacuzzi. We relaxed on loungers for a while around the pool but that’s all there is to it really. It’s not the most luxurious spa we’ve been to in the local area. We booked this through Tesco points but would’ve probably been slightly disappointed if we’d have paid the full price. Changing rooms are slightly dated with broken lockers. The cafe area looked nice for a drink and bite to eat but definitely over priced. A great leisure club for a hotel guest or a gym member (of which there was a lot of) but not the best for a special spa day.
