We had such a special stay for our Mini Moon. The spa was beautiful, lovely treatments and the hotel and food were also fantastic.

We went for the full spa day which included lunch and a 60 min treatment. The treatment was really good, lovely deep massage and the treatment rooms were really cosy. Lunch was very small and we had to add a side order of chips as we would have been so hungry on just the portion that was included. But they did bring us out a happy birthday plate with some chocolates on which was so lovely! Sadly the Jacuzzi wasn’t working and the experience shower was a bit disappointing. The sauna and steam were lovely. The swimming pool was nice but the water was too cold for me! The swimming pool area with the loungers was a bit clinical, it didn’t have a cosy feel to it - some plants or some warm colors on the walls would go a long way to making the space feel more restful and cocoon-like. Overall it was a nice day, but lacked any luxury feel. The staff were all really great, friendly and informative.

Spent a lovely morning at the spa. Staff friendly and helpful. Had a lovely facial from Natalie who was excellent. Staff informed me that Jacuzzi still not working but would reimburse me a voucher to have a swim and use when up and running. Still awaiting this.
