Our initial room was definitely not what you would expect, a basic standard, it was tiny, very dark, dirty walls, old and the ventilation from the kitchen was blowing into the room when the window was open. My partner decided to speak to reception again and thankfully the manager was there. He kindly showed my partner another room and explained that there would be no cost for the upgrade. The room was what you would expect from a spa hotel however, the bed was very hard and decor was a little out dated. The breakfast was lovely and staff very friendly and accommodating. The spa facilities were clean and the pool was lovely. I had a full body massage which I thoroughly enjoyed! Overall, the experience would have been perfect having had the second room on arrival. I would highly recommend to just take that room off the books to the public. I think it’s only fair to expect the same level of started as everyone else even if you are getting it at a discounted price.

Spa at Inchyra was super. Bought an overnight package. Staff at the spa were all lovely and treatments great, Spa and pool were clean and modern. Rooms were clean and comfortable.The only let down was evening meal which was poor quality and not worth the prices although this had been included in the package. I would definitely go again for a spa day.

Enjoyable day, relaxing and lots of room on beds. Massage was lovely as well as afternoon tea. One of my sisters did slip and hurt her knee on the way to the sauna on the wet floor next to the pool and there wasn’t any water previsions by the beds and pool/ sauna.
