I only had a 25 minute foot treatment but it was lovely. My husband was disappointed in his back massage. The practitioner did not seem to be experienced and was just rubbing oil into his back.

The hotel was in good condition. I felt like the room could do with a bit of updating. The bed was very soft (we would recommend bringing your own pillows) We had the back neck and shoulders massage as well as the facial – I had Caitlin and she was wonderful. The upstairs spa waiting area was really nice and they had some vitamin drinks for us to have before and after treatment. We used the gym which was well equipped and not too busy. We liked the sauna and steam room. There were also lounges by the pool for you. For dinner, we had £50 credit included towards it, which didn’t cover the cost, but we ordered the steak and we would highly recommend. Breakfast included a cooked full English as well as a continental selection. The staff at breakfast were great and very attentive. Overall, it was a lovely stay but I wouldn’t fully say that it was worth the price for the quality.
