Thank you to the staff working today at the spa, who made my experience an enjoyable and relaxing one. From the start stepping in to the spa, the experience was a memorable one. I had drift away massage, in a tranquil environment. I felt so relaxed I could have drifted away. Staff were attentive and friendly. My medical conditions were noted and my treatments were adjusted to suit me.Thank you for the care and the complimentary gift bag from the lovely manager. Xx

Spa was clean, staff were friendly. Pool was lovely and quiet so my friend and I could just potter and chat. Spa treatments were amazing and we've said we will come again!

I booked this spa day to celebrate my 30th birthday, I was excited to use the facilities before the treatments that we had booked. The pool was lovely. Unfortunately the Jacuzzi was out of use and the mens' sauna which was also not mentioned at the time of booking. The treatments were absolutely fantastic, the two ladies were very professional and friendly and gave an incredible service, I wish I could have endless treatments with them! The package we chose also included afternoon tea, I had a member of staff call me to book the afternoon tea then also received an email regarding booking a slot, both times I confirmed that I am vegetarian and my husband is pescetarian. Unfortunately, upon arrival for our afternoon tea, we were given the meat option. Once I pointed out the mistake it was soon rectified and thankfully it seemed we had fresh sandwiches. It is such a shame that it caused the day to end of a low.

I was looking for a relatively budget friendly spa in the city for part of a Birthday gift and this hit the mark. I was choosing between two spa of similar price, decided to go for this one as the majority of facilities were in shared areas and not in the change rooms so my partner and I could spend time together. Upon arriving we were told the Jacuzzi was broken. This was unfortunate as it was the one thing I was really looking forward to. The staff offered a glass of Prosecco to make up for it. It turns out the sauna in the men's change room was also broken. The facilities were clean and there was plenty of space in the change rooms. The pool water was also incredibly warm. It is a shame they have these lessons at the same time/area as it also made for the front area of the spa painful to sit in as there were so many running and screaming children. You definitely get what you pay for, but as a cheap alternative it's not the worst.

I had a lovely time at this spa today. Upon confirmation, I was immediately informed of any technical issues that they would have on the day, with the option to reschedule. I still went ahead with the day and the customer service I received from the date of the booking till the end of the experience was great. It wasn’t a busy day so I did manage to relax with a glass of Prosecco! There were swimming lessons however that didn’t have a negative impact.

Massage was great would recommend the back facial however facilities such as Jacuzzi and steam room was unavailable apart from that friendly and clean environment.
