The treatments are excellent and very relaxing with friendly staff. Would definitely book again. Shame the Jacuzzi wasn't working but still had a nice sauna and swim. The only thing to let it down was the food, absolutely awful.

We came for a spa weekend for my husbands birthday and were so impressed with every aspect of the hotel. Had a fabulous massage with Cassie and such a lovely lady. My husband had never had a back massage before but he said he felt so good after. I can't remember the name of the young lady he was with but he was extremely impressed. Every member of staff we had dealings with were absolutely lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Jade, in the dining room was brilliant and the lad that was on that shift with her. All of the staff are a credit to the company. The whole spa experience went like clockwork and everything slotted into place perfectly. Thank you so much for helping to make our weekend a special one and without a doubt, we will be back.

Just wanted to say what a lovely hotel. Staff are amazing and so helpful. Food was excellent the whole spa experience was really good and our room was comfortable and clean will definitely be booking again.

The spa deal was very good value. Hotel very clean and staff very polite and friendly. My friend and I shared a twin room and it was very comfortable and clean however the ‘extras’ were aimed towards one person i.e one Mars bar and one pack of biscuits and as is usual in most hotels there is never enough milk…although more was supplied on request. I was disappointed that no cocktails were served in the bar. These are minor issues and wouldn’t stop me returning in the future.
