We was so happy with our spa break. The spa facilities was fantastic. One of the best. Very well maintained. We liked that it was separated from the family pool. We have children so nice to get away from children screaming and bombing in the pool. I had a facial with Lisa. She was so attentive to my skin condition and really explained how to help with my breakouts. It was very relaxing. She even had a towel rolled up ready to prop my legs up to support my back. My partner had a back neck and shoulder massage and he said ot was really nice. We wasn’t overly keen on the food in the restaurant but overall a lovely spa break. Would go again but without food package.

We had a lovely time, spa facility is wonderful. The only negative two comment I would make is that the hotel should not charge spa customers car park fee and we had our room above the restaurant, they played loud music which wake us up every day at 6.30am.

Really relaxing stay- the Hotel was clean and modern. Great spa facilities, had a wonderful 50min facial. Two lovely pools (one being adult only which was great!) Really full menu to choose from for dinner and a lovely afternoon tea all included in our deal, which the staff kindly boxed up for us when we were too full to finish!

The day was wonderful. Only criticism was that the one course lunch did not come with any drinks. I would advise you to include a drink in any future offers. All staff were good. Hotel receptionist Bernie was brilliant. Spa therapist was incredibly good, polite and friendly. Lunch was lovely, burgers really tasty. Waiter friendly and helpful. Drink would have been greatly appreciated. Hotel was amazing. Pools lovely as was the Jacuzzi. An absolutely amazing day that left us completely chilled and relaxed. A day we would love to repeat and enjoy again in the future.
