Me and my partner had a lovely day here. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was very nicely set out and even though I was nervous as it was my first time doing something like this I relaxed very quickly and seized the day to put aside the busy life and have some quality time as a couple with my partner. I would definitely return in the future.

Excellent staff, treatment, facilities and cafe. Can't wait to visit again! The towel could have been a bit bigger and the Jacuzzi could have run a bit more frequent but other than that a superb afternoon!

I visited with a friend for a spa day, we selected the Serenity Spa Day which included a 55 minute massage. The good points, they were expecting us and had a robe, slippers and towel ready along with a drink voucher. The facilities were clean and the massage was really good. The bar area was full of golfers and we felt quite embarrassed standing there in our slippers and robes. The pool area was quite small, just a couple of chairs to sit on. There wasn’t any outside seating and due to the number of children in the pool it was quite noisy. They had a Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna which we used. I wouldn’t recommend this for a spa day, it’s more of a hotel where guests can enjoy the facilities. After our massage there wasn’t anywhere quiet we could sit and relax, so ended up getting dressed, having a drink in the bar then headed home.

Had a fantastic time with 1 night experience that included and afternoon tea with Prosecco, a spa treatment and use of the leisure & gym facilities, a three-course meal and an overnight stay with breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and gave the best service. The food was amazing. Big shout outs to Sam on reception, Rosie in the restaurant and Anna at the Spa. The biggest one goes to chef, please give me your scones recipe! Thank you!

The Elfordleigh Spa provided a wonderful Spa experience for me and my fiancee. The treatment was excellent with a wonderfully friendly and skilled therapist. The food was also excellent. All in all I can heartily recommend the Sunday special deal.
