The service in the spa and throughout our stay was phenomenal. Pre arrival Gemma was fantastic with communication and on the day, I believe her name was Natalie, was fantastic giving me treatments. Best massage ever and all treatments first class. The hotel itself was fantastic and would be back in a heartbeat.
