Hotel staff wonderful. However issue when booking in as booked 2 twin rooms. One ok other was one bed and a sofa bed! Problem was resolved eventually but took a while. Which delayed our check in time by 3 hours! Thankfully I had printed paperwork of booking to show reception. Problem with water in our twin room, no pressure at all from tap, water trickled out. Was resolved once then problem appeared again. After several reminders issue finally resolved. Bathroom was a bit grubby, rather unpleasant smell, needed through deep clean. Spa treatments fantastic, restaurant staff run off their feet, despite this full of apologies as we waited over an hour (even though we had booked a table) first night for our food. Second night was quicker with service. Spa was fantastic, staff went above and beyond to accommodate all 4 of us to be fitted in for our treatments at time suitable for us. In fact we all had an extra treatment on top of two offered in package.

My husband and I had a wonderful time for our 1-night spa break. The staff at the hotel and spa were very professional, friendly and accommodating. Our only complaints were that the room was very hot upon arrival with no air conditioning, and the Jacuzzi was not hot enough due to a change in the water system. Other than that we had an excellent time. The food was amazing and the value for money of this booking was excellent.

My friend and I regularly spa together and we had an awesome day. Started with time in the Jacuzzi which we could’ve spent all day in it was not hot but a good temperature so that we could spend more time in it. A lovely included lunch only problem would be the allowance would not cover some of the menu items and the best part of the day was the treatment our masseuse was lovely and we came out of our it treatment feeling relaxed and glowing we would definitely come again.

I enjoyed my experience, great value for a lovely hotel, spa package, dinner and breakfast! Only downsides I would say is that they don’t tell you about how the package only lets you have a two course meal and no drinks included aside from that the food is good and the hotel room was comfortable.
