The hotel and its facilities were immaculate and the restaurant was lovely. The facial we had was lovely and we were gifted some samples too. On arrival, we were given welcome cookies and in the room, we had Elemis gift bags waiting for us. All the staff were really helpful and the breakfast had a wide range of options. We did the 2 night spa deal and it was definitely worth it. Would highly recommend it.

From arrival the whole experience was 5 star, room was beautiful and hotel staff were fantastic, very helpful accommodating and professional. The spa was incredible pools, sauna and then our opted massage was a luxury experience. The food evening meal had a large selection and was delicious and the breakfast was lovely too. Will definitely return.

Just what my husband and I needed. Lovely staff. The treatments we had were excellent. A couple of little things though. The drinking water tap was broken and the bin was dirty where the swimming pool is. Hopefully that will be fixed asap. That’s me being picky.

Lovely overnight package with friends, spa access, treatment, overnight stay, 3 course meal and breakfast. Cannot fault the facilities spotless and presentable, food delicious, bar and all staff so friendly in the hotel. Spa staff also lovely and helpful. Will definitely return .

Both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed a recent visit to your spa. We enjoyed an overnight stay to include bed and breakfast, evening meal and the use of the spa facilities to include a treatment. All the staff where professional and most welcoming. Our meals were excellent and the whole experience was wonderful. I would definitely do it again.

Excellent staff. Beautiful spa. Lovely club and facilities. Value for money. Difficult to alter treatments over the phone, person on reception has difficulty knowing what to do to change time slots. Maybe more training required. On filling out the forms and being asked what areas you would like masseuse to concentrate on did not mean anything. As myself and my husband booked two different kinds of massage but on speaking with each other after having the same therapist our reviews were too similar.
