My facial was absolutely perfect, the therapist was brilliant and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The facilties in the thermal spa were excellent and very clean. The scones and tea we're delicious and the service was top notch. Only downside was the rough car park and exterior and the towels were a bit on the small side but they are insignificant compared to the experience as a whole.

I booked for myself and my best friend to visit the George Albert hotel spa for the afternoon, as it's something we've talked about doing for a long time but life always got in the way! We both booked in for hot stone massages and they were amazing, we both came out of there saying how relaxed we felt afterwards. The facilities were good, we had access to the Jacuzzi and steam room, unfortunately the sauna was out of use but this didn't really affect our experience. We had the whole place to ourselves which was lovely, it may have been a slightly different experience if it was busier. On the whole we had a fabulous day, the girls working there were kind and helpful.

A lovely relaxing experience. The 45 massage and 15 minute mini facial treatment were amazing. The cream tea was fresh and tasty. All staff were friendly. The steam room and Jacuzzi bath were brilliant.

Booked a spa experience day and had the most amazing time. The thermal suite included a large Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and experience shower (there is no pool). The relaxation area was lovely with complimentary fruit teas and water. The treatments, therapists were fabulous. Would highly recommend. Our day also included a cream tea which was also very good. The spa is located in a hotel, the hotel itself is quite dated and tired but do not be put off by this! The spa is welcoming, tranquil and dedicated to your wellbeing. Thank you to the wonderful spa team. We will return.

We booked a package which included a full body massage and 4 hours use of the facilities. The massage was amazing, super relaxing. All the staff were really helpful and I’d highly recommend. There was only two other couples which was perfect as it isn’t a large spa.
