Pretty good experience. Staff were very pleasant and facilities were good, and treatments excellent. Alighted marred by two things. 1. Car parking. For some odd reason there was no parking available at the Hilton hotel where Devona spa was located, and this could have been made clear by a quick email beforehand. I’ve no idea why this was the case. But it was. The chap on reception was extremely helpful when we phoned. But it wasn’t a good start. 2. I think it would be nice to offer tea / herbal tea/ coffee in the spa relaxation room or somewhere else. A vending type machine in reception just doesn’t cut it. Also a few more magazines?

I was very impressed with the facilities at Devona spa. The pool, sauna and steam room was a lovely relaxing start to our day. Followed by a tasty 2 course lunch with a glass of prosecco and finished with a luxurious massage and facial. Just bliss! I will definitely be back again!

I loved my day at the spa at Devona! I booked a back massage (back neck and shoulder) assuming it was 55mins and did not clarify that so was like woah that was quick when it was only 25mins...my fault. But it was very relaxing and exactly what I needed! I had a chill in their relaxation room. Given the hour bus journey in from the city centre I thought I might as well pamper myself and booked a pedicure as well! Both treatments by the lovely Cindy, I definitely advise you book in with her! Shaun was great also, as well as a gentleman who's name I didn't catch! Everyone was so welcoming and greeted me by my name which was a real nice touch! I was very well looked after! Tea/coffee station could be nicer and I felt a bit chilly in the treatment and relaxation room (Cindy did turn up the heating and offer a blanket)
