Lovely place. Clean and not too crowded. Super mid size pool. Steam room. Experience showers. Ice fountain. From pictures and reviews had expected larger variety of facilities, though very much enjoyed it all, especially the pool and water therapy facilities. Unfortunately the sauna was not correctly functioning on this visit. Alerted staff who were lovely. But door didn’t close properly and constant lower than normal temperature, made this a practically unusable facility this trip. A real shame as I’m definitely a sauna person!

This was my first ever spa! Went with my daughter. Beautiful place inside and out. Reception staff were very friendly and the room was great with everything you could need. The afternoon tea was a disappointment. Staff were not attentive, took ages for it to arrive and the selection was not the best. We had booked the back and face treatment, well that was amazing! The spa itself was so beautiful and relaxing. I was so amazed. The pool was beautiful along with the sauna, and dream room. The breakfast has to be one of the best selections I have experienced! The choice from cereals to fruit, juices, cooked foods etc! Would definitely recommend! It would have been a 5 star review if the afternoon tea was a better experience.

My Husband and I had a great time in the Spa, all the facilities were available and it had a relaxing atmosphere. The Rasual mud therapy was great fun and our skin was soft afterwards. The staff in the spa and hotel itself were welcoming.

A very relaxing enjoying few hours in the spa. Lovely pool with many hydro features. Wonderful steam room and sauna. Multiple cold shower options. Upstairs the ambiance of the treatment rooms was enchanting. We booked a revitalising body scrub, which was perfect for our newly suntanned skin. A very pleasant experience indeed.

The hotel, the facilities, the food and the spa experience was all perfect and as expected, nothing more to say about that. The only minor complaint was the check in process. We weren’t explained anything about the hotel, or asked to leave a credit card to charge things back to the room, or asked if we wanted a dinner reservation or explained what the options were. We had also requested an upgraded room online which hadn’t been added to the system. This didn’t stop us enjoying the fantastic surroundings of the hotel. Would highly recommend.
