The location is a bit random but the hotel its self is lovely. The afternoon tea was standard but very nice. Staff on the front desk and at the restaurant were very friendly. There was free parking. The staff on the reception to the spa could have been a bit less robotic and would have been great if they'd provided flipflops/slippers like other spas we've been to. The pool and sauna/steam room were really nice. There were no private changing rooms. The pool was unattended so no one cleared away used glasses and coffee cups and the robes had marks on them but I think they were clean all the same. Over all we did have a nice day.

This was my first time at a spa and I absolutely loved everything about it. The treatment was heavenly. The afternoon tea, snacks and wine were all perfect. Hoping to do this some other time. I think warnings about messing up the toilets should be reinforced. Overall, it was a beautiful experience .

We had the spa use and 2 course lunch both of which were lovely. The staff were great, facilities clean and well presented, clean towels and robes provided. Lunch was tasty and there was quite a bit of choice. I would suggest bringing suitable poolside shoes as the floors poolside/changing rooms are quite slippy when wet.
