We had a great day. The staff were very friendly and the full body massage was amazing. There was a good menu for lunch and the food was really great. I would definitely recommend this, and it was excellent value for money.

My daughter and I had a great experience visiting the spa. We were very well looked after by polite and friendly staff. We loved relaxing in the calm environment and enjoyed a very nice lunch. We both had a back massage and facial which were very professionally delivered.

I arrived with a knee injury so my Indulgent spa experience had to be adapted to suit my needs the staff in the Urban Rooms were all brilliant especially my therapist Xhida who was professional, kind, and thoughtful throughout my treatments. I felt so calm and relaxed afterwards and would not hesitate to recommend this service to family and friends.

My partner arrived at the Crowne Plaza in time for our treatments and were immediately greeted warmly by the very friendly staff who made us feel most welcome. Quick and efficient booking in process and within minutes we were changed and in the relaxation room awaiting our treatments. Salt-scrub was excellent and delivered by friendly and chatty staff. Invigorating and relaxing. After our treatments we pottered about going in the steam room and spa pool and cooling off in the swimming pool. Only a handful of other guests around. Facilities clean and well-maintained. Then to the Swatch restaurant upstairs for our mezze platter which was delicious. A very relaxing and stress-free experience and we’d fully recommend. Thanks to all the staff who couldn’t have been more friendly and efficient.
