I bought this spa day for my mum as a Christmas present and we had the best day, the staff at the Crown Hotel couldn’t do enough for you, all lovely and really helpful. In our spa package we had a 25 minute treatment and afternoon tea included as well as use of all the spa facilities.

I rarely visit a spa these days, but when I do I want it to be special. I booked myself in for a massage at the Crown Spa Hotel recently, and I have to say I loved every single moment. The girl who looked after me was as nice and friendly as can be, and I felt totally relaxed in no time at all. The hotel itself is in an excellent location, and the spa is very calming. Highly recommended.

I’ve just come back from a day of pampering at the Aqua Spa, in the Crown Spa Hotel, Scarborough. I wanted a day away from the office and I got exactly that. As soon as I arrived, I managed to stop thinking about work altogether. The people who work at the spa were very welcoming, the two treatments I had couldn’t have been better, and I even had a yummy lunch as well. Next time I visit – and the WILL be a next time – I intend to stay overnight. It’s a lovely place.

I’d been working far too hard in recent times, and I needed to get away from the office and unwind for a while. My partner booked a weekend in Scarborough as a surprise, and he certainly made a good choice with the accommodation. The Crown Spa Hotel is in an excellent location, just yards from the beach, and it was within easy reach of the shops as well. We had a shared couples massage in the spa as well, and that was wonderful. Taste is a great restaurant, too, so all in all the weekend was superb. Well done, him!

Perhaps the first thing I noticed about the Crown Spa Hotel was the views of the sea; this really is a dramatic setting for a hotel. Inside, it’s just as impressive. It has plenty of modern amenities all wrapped up in a historic building, and it was perfect for just spending time doing very little. I had a treatment in the spa which was gorgeous (I wish I’d arranged a couple more, to be honest), and dinner in the evening was so yummy. I’d like to thank everyone at the hotel for giving me a weekend to remember. I will definitely be going back again one day.
