Treatments were amazing. Staff friendly and welcoming. Great products used. Leisure facilities lovely but would have liked to have made more use of them. Check in was 3pm, treatments at 5pm and facilities closed at 7pm. Disappointed with food and lack of instructions. Hospitality staff need to be a little more hospitable. Hotel Staff didn't engage with us, not even a goodbye on checkout yet other guests were wished a safe journey home.

This is the second time my daughter and I have been to Crewe Hall and spa for an overnight spa break. What an amazing time we had, from the room, to the treatments and dinner in the lovely hotel brasserie, it's a fantastic experience. The Spa treatments are second to none and use of the pool, sauna and Jacuzzi makes it great value for money. We will definitely be returning for a third time soon!

Booking through SpaSeekers was very easy and straightforward. Crewe Hall hotel was incredible! The decor inside and out was incredible! All staff very helpful with our questions/requests. The spa itself was relaxing - enjoyed time in the pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and heated marble beds! Treatments from Demi (facial and nails) and Charlotte (scalp, neck, shoulders and feet) were just what we needed for further relaxing - which helped us sleep that night too!

Booked Crewe Hall for myself and a friend, had 2 treatments each, the facial and massage was lovely, staff friendly, lovely and clean, restaurant was a little slow and it stated 2 courses but no option for dessert the only downside was this and having to query it with staff that didn't seem to care and seemed disgruntled we asked, but overall a lovely day.
