Please arrive for treatments no more than 10 minutes before your allocated time.
Communal changing rooms will not be available, therefore please arrive ready for your treatment.

Guests are advised to take your own towels
Access to the swimming pool will be pre-booked for a 45 minute session only.
There will be no food or beverage service within the spa foyer. Service will be available in the main hotel.
Guests are not permitted to sit and wait within the reception foyer.
All staff will be provided with the appropriate PPE.
All guest are requested to attend and wear a mask especially in public areas.

Lovely stay in a gorgeous hotel and spa. The place was immaculate, rooms huge and spacious, staff extremely friendly and helpful and the food delicious. We booked a stay with spa treatments, which were amazing, we left feeling very relaxed and pampered, would definitely stay again.
