Had a wonderful afternoon ritual today. It was raining outside but there was a warm welcome at Cottons and Candace have the best back massage I have ever had. I will be booking again. The afternoon tea was pretty epic too.

Really friendly staff, very welcoming and present. Excellent food and excellent treatments. Facilities were great too but could not help hear different local members of the health spa moaning about the club with spa day experience people coming in. Which did feel a little uncomfortable.

Four of us choose Cottons Hotel for a little one night spa getaway - positives included the food (in particular I really liked the table service at breakfast and also having to choose allocated times for meals so there were no queues or an understaffed issues), the service and the treatments. The only negatives for us was that the pool area was very busy when we arrived (we could only check in from 3pm and unfortunately the kids time was 4pm to 7pm, so we had no choice but to use the facilities at a very busy time). I went back at 8am on Sunday and it was a much more relaxing period. Wold happily recommend and go back though!

We had a morning ritual and everything about it was superb. The facilities at this spa are top class and we particularly loved the outdoor hot tub. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and modern. The treatments were amazing with lovely talented girls who made our 'mother and daughter ' day special.. lunch was delicious with very polite staff in the restaurant. All in all we had a wonderful time, thank you.
