More electric sockets needed

Spa was good, needs a face-lift to modernise. Disappointed with our room which only had one available electric socket. We needed to put the tea tray with kettle on the the floor by the only available socket in order to make a morning hot drink. That was disappointing.

2nd visit here, always good value for money although the spa needs modernisation. Clean but just outdated.

Relaxing spa day

We had a lovely time at Bridgewood Manor and left feeling very relaxed! The spa isn't huge but it was fine for us because it wasn't too busy. Some areas could do with a bit of sprucing up but this wasn't a huge issue for us. The treatments were amazing and all the staff were welcoming and friendly.

Every member of staff ensured our experience was a great one. Everyone was friendly and hospitable. While there was a disturbance by one guest, it was handled gracefully, guaranteeing the rest of us had the best possible experience. The treatment was exactly what I needed and it left my skin soft and glowing. The odd birthday touches added to the experience was further proof to the friendly environment the hotel creates.

Hotel very tired

Hotel spa very tired and very small for a 4 star. Need to refurb and make it bigger. Best thing about it was Courtney who carried out my treatments. Lunch very poor presentation wise. Sandwiches just slung onto plate salad very poor only lettuce leaves. No drink included so had to buy a cup of tea. Again not what you expect from a 4 star hotel.
