We had a very relaxing time at bedford Lodge. The spa was lovely, only thing to improve it would have been to have a treatment. The staff were all so helpful and welcoming. Very yummy food for lunch, I had the duck poke bowl. Would definitely return.

My daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful spa day at Bedford Lodge. I cannot fault any part of the day at all, it was a very pleasurable and relaxing experience. Every member of staff from the reception team, treatment ladies, staff attending in the changing area, waiting staff in the lounge, they all treated us so well. They were all smiling and attentive. We enjoyed afternoon tea and the food was delicious. The catering team paid so much attention to every detail of the food provided. The booking experience was straightforward, I had a minor difficulty which was my error, I phoned the spa and the member of staff resolved my problem and even telephoned me back to check that I was happy with the booking. The treatments were excellent, top quality, my daughter said it was the best back massage she had ever had. The condition and cleanliness throughout was excellent. It was our first visit to the spa but we will definitely return.

The spa was very nicely designed but small compared to others I've been to with only one steam room, sauna, experience shower. Hot tub on roof was gorgeous and so comfy, and the limit on number of guests meant there was always somewhere to relax. Very nice to chill out in but not a spa to visit if you want to try lots of experience rooms which i would have expected for the price. Included one lunch course was small and I came home starving hungry. Massage was good, wasn't asked about pressure but masseuse picked up on the tenseness in my shoulders and worked that area more firmly intuitively which was great.
