Me and my daughter enjoyed a lovely body scrub and head massage bought as a gift. Excellent & friendly staff. We arrived early and used the fabulous relaxation room with heated beds.

Had a lovely day. The pool area was quiet so we could use all the facilities as and when we wanted. Enjoyed our light lunch. The treatments were really good especially the back massage and facial. The relaxation room was exactly that.

The massage and facial was beyond amazing, however if I was to do this again I would just book the treatments and not to a spa day. Due to Bannatyne being a leisure center it’s a shared pool, saunas, steam room and hot tub. Which made me and my friend feel a little uncomfortable and the hot tub is just a pool side Jacuzzi not a hot tub.
