I have been to many places for massages and facials etc. By far this is the best I have experienced. I brought the deluxe package for me and my niece which included one hour full body massage, thirty minutes Elemis facial and manicure and pedicure. The therapist Kate was so fantastic and so experienced that because of her I will definitely be booking myself in again. Definitely would recommend 😁

Very friendly & helpful staff. Felt relaxed from the moment we went in. Had a lovely massage and use of facilities. Only bit that made us few mins late for our treatment was lockers, some wouldn't work or even lock but there was a lovely lady (staff) that came to our rescue. We would have had lunch there but they were very low on stock, something about delivery didn't turn up. Apart from that miner detail we had a lovely day.

Booked in for a back and neck massage with my sister in law. All the staff were so welcoming and helpful, but the girls that did our massages were incredible, Sienna and I think the other girl was called Leah. I’ve had a good massage before but never felt the knots in my back pop like this it was the best massage we’ve both ever had and will be returning for another.

I had a lovely spa day at Bannatyne’s Mansfield. My friend and I had 3 treatments which were great and we were made to feel very relaxed. We would have liked more seats around the pool and also more classes would have been nice. The only ones available were from 6pm onwards which was too late. We still had a great time though and will be back
