Lovely spa, had a good pool with sauna and steam room and the upstairs section of the spa felt high quality. The treatments were great. Not the most luxury ‘spa day out’ but really good for the cost. Would recommend.

The venue was nice and the reception good, on the whole we enjoyed the experience. Our only criticism was we found that the swimming pool water could have been warmers and one of the Jacuzzi was not available as it was being cleaned. The massage was good and reasonably priced.

The spa facilities where good my treatments where excellent food for someone with intolerances was really poor difference between vegetarian and gluten free needs training however the operative was very helpful in sorting out issues... Starbucks with no soya?? Not good and upon leaving having to debate receiving my deposit back was not therapeutic... Having just had the best facial back massage etc... Then debating about 10 pound deposit unprofessional.... Similar experience 5 years ago no changes spa staff excellent cafe poor choices for dietary requirements in a health club and check out stressful ruins experience... Ratings should separate treatment staff from front House and cafe... Cafe staff limited but great treatment excellent front house poor.

The place was very nice, the staff were all helpful & friendly. The treatments were very good. Unfortunately we should have had a light lunch included in our package but the snack - cafe area was closed so we got nothing! I was pre warned about this less than 2 days before our visit so I couldn’t change the date, so it spoiled our day a bit.
