I'd never been to a spa not set in a hotel before, the facility wasn't as comfortable as a hotel and I was initially a little disappointed as it reminded me more of a leisure centre than a spa; however the overall experience was enjoyable purely because of the staff. Negatives: Music thumping through walls when in the relaxation room. Spa treatment area feels separate from cafe/lounge area and pool facilities. No complimentary shoe and robe loan (they charge you). Positives: Very clean, 2 hot tubs, 2 seam rooms, 2 saunas and a decent size pool. The staff really made the place though. They were all friendly (especially the lady at the front desk, the 2 girls running the café and the spa technician Miranda).
