Lovely facilities, but is like visiting a gym with spa facilities. Beautiful setting for a drink overlooking grass fields. Staff were friends when asked something. Staff should have been more aware of our package rather than having to ask things.

Had a lovely time at the Bannatyne in Weybridge. Check in at reception was smooth and easy and we enjoyed our treatments. We sat by the pool reading for a while before using the good sized swimming pool and then the hydro pool. There is quite a limited choice at the cafe but the food was lovely and we didn't have to wait too long for it. Our only gripe is that there is very limited seating around the pool.

The deal we booked was very reasonable. And on the whole we had a really nice day. It was easy to book and the customer service was brilliant. The main issue I had was it was very noisy, there were kids swimming lessons the whole day, the instructors are very loud. The changing rooms are good, Although parents didn’t stick to the children only side. There aren’t enough beds and not enough room to move them if there’s more than 2 of you. Food is from the cafe, nothing fancy but was good food. The facial in the spa was amazing, really recommend a visit there and it was so relaxing up there. You have to pay a deposit which you don’t get all of it back for your towel, rope and slippers. Bit odd The hot tub was really hot and lovely and the garden looks good for sunnier days. If you like noise and lots going on it’ll be perfect, if you want to really chill it’s probably best to avoid.

What an amazing spa day, I had at this location. Highly recommend the place from the welcome at reception that I received to the treatments and the beauty therapist that I had. The staff are lovely and friendly. The facilities are great, nice clean treatment room and Millie the beauty therapist was absolutely brilliant, she was very welcoming and professional, excellent massage and facial. The relaxation areas are lovely with nice views. Will definitely be going there again.
