First visit and impressed. The staff were welcoming and plentiful with information on site. Chloe M was excellent for my massage treatments, back and arm massages. I loved every minute.

Treatment was great and the girls were very friendly and professional. We had back and scalp massage. Lovely! Use of facilities was ok sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. Personally I think it was quite dated and could do with some renovation and some relax rooms with aromatherapy.

From the moment we arrived I felt welcome and the reception staff were very friendly and efficient. We went straight into our spa treatments back shoulder and neck massage and a head and arm massage. I have never had a massage due to having poor body image and feeling uncomfortable but my daughter had chosen the treatments so I was anxious. I need not have been my masseur was very kind and considerate and put me at ease. I really enjoyed the massage and felt really good afterwards. Everywhere was very clean and there were lots of choice of places to sit and relax. No jacket spuds available but I loved the atmosphere and facilities will definitely plan another day.
