I did a Mother and Daughter spa for my mams birthday. I thoroughly enjoyed both the facial and the massage. They kindly done gel nails for the pedicure although this wasn’t done as well as I would have liked. You got a light lunch in with the deal but we’re not told of the list we had to choose from until we went for lunch. Thought this could have been highlighted on arrival. We also had to hire robes and towels for £6 each and a deposit of £10. After what we spent on the spa day this should have been included and wasn’t highlighted before coming to the spa itself. My mam also had her shoes stolen whilst there luckily took her own flip flops to go home in although I thought the staff weren’t really bothered of the case. We had a lovely day but it could be improved.

We went to Bannatyne Spa in Durham, the staff were great, the gym fab and the spa was great. We had an Elemis facial together and it was lovely and relaxing. Would definitely go again as I spent quality time with my daughter.
