The spa was excellent but this is a sports centre with spa facilities not a spa.

We went on a 2-for-1 offer, all day use of the spa facilities and 2 treatments each. The steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi were good. There was only one lounger round the pool, so you had to be using one of the facilities all the time rather than having the opportunity to sit for a while. The swimming pool is a good size but did get rather crowded later in the morning. We were invited to join an aqua fit class which was fun and good exercise. After our relaxing massage treatments we spent a little time in the lovely relaxation room. We didn’t use the gym.

They opened yesterday from lockdown. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Facilities on very restricted opening. Pool wasn’t open when we arrived but then was available. Massage staff skilled and kind.

This was easy to arrange via SpaSeekers. The massage from Marcia was amazing, the pressure was perfect and I felt so relaxed afterwards. The spa was clean and the atmosphere was so calming. PPE was worn throughout treatments by us and the staff. All the spa staff were lovely. When we first arrived there we weren't shown around so had to go to the main desk a few times to ask questions as we didn't know where anything was, was a little confusing. We were due to book a slot for the pool stated on the voucher but this didn't happen, because of the restrictions on numbers in the pool, Jacuzzi etc we didn't get to use any so maybe a schedule would help so all guests can use? The lunch options were sandwiches and a hot drink, I think maybe more options from the whole lunch menu could be available as you're booking a day there. The spa was lovely though, the relaxation room is such a nice extra in there. Will definitely return for a treatment!

Booked day with friend out at Chingford Bannatyne spa. Before arriving I received email to say there towel delivery hadn’t arrived which put a doubt to start with. Upon arriving we were greeted by receptionist who was very helpful. Also our beauty therapists where very professional & treatments which were neck, back & shoulder massage & facial & scalp massage was very good. Overall very relaxing day.
