Thanks so much. We had a lovely relaxing day, the best massage (thanks Molly) and a delicious lunch. Lovely facilities. The drinking water machine was not working. The water offered was not cold and did not taste great in both the relaxation room and in the spa. One of the showers in the women's changing rooms just ran cold water so there was a bit of a queue for the other one. Other than that, we had a lovely time and would love to come again.

Great place 2 steam rooms, sauna, 2 Jacuzzis and an infinity pool. Nice relaxing day and lunch was amazing. Staff all friendly. Full body massage was relaxing. Mrs got a facial and foot massage.

When booking I was told that the only room available was the Heelis suite which was sold to me as ‘the best room in the hotel’ The room in fact was beautiful but my issues were the coffee machine didn’t work and couldn’t be fixed and during a mini heatwave the heating was on in the room which couldn’t be switched off. The staff offered a free coffee for us and delivered it to the room but we had no coffee machine for the next morning. The heating was resolved by sleeping with the windows open and 7 fans cooling us down. Around 10.30 at night we were offered to move rooms (Remember no other rooms available and that is why we had to pay for an upgrade) The staff tried their best but at that time I was tired and told the new room was up more stairs and I suffer from arthritis so opted to stay put and cope with the heat. We hardly slept due to the heat. Also some of the extras that are advertised were not included. There was no TV in the bathroom and no newspaper delivered.

Me and my husband have just returned from a one night spa break at Appleby Manor. It was perfect from start to finish. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. The food was absolutely amazing. We got 2 hours in the spa on both days which was more than enough time to enjoy it. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
