This was a special spa day for our family as a precursor to our daughter and her fiancé’s impending nuptials. The massages we all had were marvelous and timed to enable us to enjoy all the pools, steam room and sauna, with relaxation in your peaceful lounge afterwards and before our delicious tea. Four of us also enjoyed attending the skincare class. A few observations, which we hope will help. Firstly, all of us would have preferred extra cushioning when lying face down, as the peep hole was small and dug into our faces. Secondly, we compared our massages and discovered that some of us had foot massages with balm and eucalyptus to breathe in at the start, but not all of us. Thirdly, one of the four unfortunately had an allergic reaction to the Oskia products. Ironically, the one person who normally has no skin issues at all! Nevertheless, we still had a wonderful time and look forward to returning again in the near future.

Lovely experience marred only by no seat in the private hot tub which made entering and getting out very difficult. Bar on outside steps would also be helpful. Step also needed in treatment room to get onto bed. These small changes would make it perfect.

Excellent warm friendly welcome with coffee/tea available. Fantastic facilities including outside hot tub, loungers and ease of ordering drinks. Superb treatment as well. 100% recommend.

We did the half day experience and it is really too rushed. We had about 40 minutes to use the spa before our treatment and then 30 minutes before lunch. Lunch menu was fish, vegan or £15 supplement for steak for us would have been good to have had a plainer option included. Had to ask for the flip flops they state are included, nobody offered them up! Beautiful setting and we had a full day I'm sure we would have felt more relaxed! We hadn't realised quite how rushed everything would feel with changing and drying prior to treatment etc.

Came for a friend's birthday for a treat! We have both enjoyed the half day of luxury so much. Beautiful location and building, with amazing facilities. The staff were very friendly and the customer care was incredible.

We had a lovely spa day at the Utopia spa. The staff were so attentive - bringing our drinks order to us, delivering little nibbles during the day, providing take away boxes when the afternoon tea proved too big. The facilities are lovely, quieter in the morning but still relaxing in the afternoon. The treatment was fabulous and no pushy sales pitch afterwards. My only niggle was the relaxation room was a little cold and the provided blankets a little small.
